This Event Submission Form will be sent to the Leadership Team. Upon verification and final approval, the Leadership Team will distribute the information through its various outlets: PCFC website, YahooGroups e-group, Facebook Group, Facebook Page, Twitter account, weekly bulletin, and sanctuary PowerPoint slides. The leader or workers of this event are encouraged to provide additional handouts, mailings, direct contacts and other promotions.

CHANGES IN ANY DETAILS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE LEADER IN CHARGE, INCLUDING NOTIFYING ALL INTENDED PARTICIPANTS NO LATER THAN 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE EVENT.
